안녕하세요.오늘 주문한 제품을 잘 받았습니다.그런데 주문한 옷중 점퍼 하나에 오른쪽 소매에 있어야 할 메탈 똑딱이가 떨어진 채 왔네요. 해외에서 배송받은 제품인데 이럴땐 어떻게 교환이나 반품이 되는건가요??
