The defective item number is Twisted shawl cardigan C101842 See the picture below and please advise how to return. There is incorrect stitching between the pocket and the main body, for this if I cut it then the whole clothe will be fallen apart later on. Didn’t you ever look at the customer service emails? You asked customer to send emails for inquiries but you never went and checked the customer service emails? It has been more than 20days since I requested the return, and I kept waiting and didn’t take out all the clothes to wear just because of this. I am now requesting to return ALL of the items due to the delay of your response too much.
