Item defect need return

The defect item is Twisted shawl cardigan C101842. See the picture below; it has an incorrect stitching in the pocket and only in one side. You said it is normal but there are two pockets but it only shows in one pocket. I don’t think it is normal and I think it’s going to loose the linings if I cut it off. Since you haven’t been able to respond in time now I am requesting a full return to all my purchased items.

It's the part where the stitches are finished, so there's no problem if you cut that part.
