Hi there,
I have a question regarding the shipping cost. I placed the order on 9/25 with ur free shipping over us100. However, I still got charged for $25 shipping. Could u please advise why I still got shipping charge for over US100 order? And please refund the US 25 shipping cost back to my credit card.
