· Depending on the product, it takes 2–5 days to prepare (excluding weekends and holidays). If the preparing product is delayed, we will contact you via E-mail in order.

· Delivery will be made through DHL. On average, it arrives 2 to 5 days after shipment. It can be delayed depending on the customs situation. Please check the DHL tracking number as we inform you by email after sending it.

· Since it is overseas delivery, tariffs may be imposed depending on the amount. The customs duties imposed must be paid by the customer.

  (Since the duty-free limit varies from region to region, it is recommended to check the duty-free limit of your residential area before purchasing.)

· If you haven't received the product even after 10 days of shipment, please contact DHL and us. If 30 days have passed since the shipping date, compensation is not possible even if you haven't received the product.

· If you want to cancel your order or some products, please contact us via Q&A board or E-mail. You can cancel the order before shipping.

· We will contact you via email if there is a product that is out of stock.

· If the order amount is less than $200 after cancellation, there will be having additional expense. Please cancel the whole order and reorder it.

· In the case of cancellation due to a change of mind, there will be a PayPal cancellation fee. If you get a refund by mileage, you will get a full refund without a cancellation fee. Miles can be used the same as cash on the next order.
